A funny and a creepy

So last Friday I went to church with Rebeka, and met one of her childhood friends. This guy is a nurse also, very nice, we all went to lunch. And then the creepy text messages and one-ring-hang-up calls started coming. We've all gotten weird texts, but this is the first time I've been hit on in broken English, with continuous references to Jesus and God and Love of Christ.

Ironic, creepy, but kind of hilarious.

Piya and the Australians assured me this kind of mistaken interest happens all the time. Because in many circles, men and women are not used to interacting together so much, any gesture of friendliness can be construed as something more. Matt said that some of the Australian girls would get weird calls from people they bought cell phones from--because those vendors automatically had their number.
